What You Need To Know About Top Turf Online Bill Pay.

Top Turf offers a customer portal that provides self-serve access to make payments, update credit card details, and view the history of invoices and payments relative to your account.

To access your Top Turf Customer Portal, please use the billing e-mail address associated with your Top Turf account. *All user names and passwords are case-sensitive and should not be copied and pasted.

Step 1: 

Top Turf Bill Pay

• IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CREATED AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

If you have already created an account to access your online bill pay, enter your email and password and click login. 

• IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY CREATED AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

NOTE: Just because you signed up with Top Turf does not mean you have an online account. You have to create one to access your information online.  

Step 2: CREATING A LOGIN

1. Click "Create a Login"
2. Input your "Customer Number." You can find this in the welcome aboard email we sent you after you joined. 
3. Input your "House Number Only." We need only the number; we do not need the street name. For Example, if you live on 123 Rainbow Road, enter "123". 
4. Input your "Zip Code"
5. Finally, Input your "email address." This is the email you have on file, and you will receive your after-service emails to this email. If you choose to change your email later, you can do this in your account. 
6. Then click "Submit"
7. Now, check your email to get your login link.
